Look, I've been modifying loans for over one year now. I've been approached by attorneys that are more crooked than the modification companies that got caught. They take the money and then sit on the file for months without contacting the banks, then force the homeowner to file a bankruptcy to make more money, and at the end nothing gets done.
So don't go on preaching that attorneys are the only ones that can help. Many of them are way understaffed, and will never complete the job they were hired for.
Good for you! Somebody finally said the truth, First National Law Firm is the worst of them all. They don't return phone calls, lose client files and make a ton of cash for no results. They even filled bankruptcy for someone who had already filled one less than 6 months earlier and he LOST his home. Do not patronize this so called "firm".
