Jonathan Randall, a New York City comic, sent in another article for us to ponder.
The American media seems hell bent on inundating us with the most toxic worthless crap imaginable. I don't care when Lindsay last had her period or need to know about Britney's last flash. Between Dancing with the "Stars," TMZ, Flavor of Love, and FOX news I want to drown my television. It's a sad state of affairs when you have a better chance achieving fame in this country from going down on a Governor than having talent, or at least talent that doesn't make you a whore. There are people out there who don't believe in global warming and think that Dar fur and Tibet are types of Pokemon.
We are at war for oil when oil is the real enemy. Our democracy looks like a monarchy with a leader hated and profiting off his power. Our business is debt and business is good at least until its time for us to pay up. The only thing worse than our health care system is the education system. Which works out nicely to keep us dumb and easy to control. If I was naive enough to believe in Intelligent Design I wouldn't believe in global warming either, hell if the planet has only been around for 6000 years then we haven't had enough time to kill it yet. But hey, what could I say I am still proud to be an American.

It is critical in today’s online marketplace to make use of every avenue available to generate sales leads. We try and put a strong focus on non-conventional marketing tools like original content, blogs, and constant updates to ensure maximum visibility.
Today, hundreds of companies are promising the world to business owners and delivering standard search engine optimization programs and expensive pay-per-click advertising campaigns, Charm Consulting uses a hands-on approach to more cost effective advertising. We give you the tools to generate advertising revenue of your own instead of paying others to promote your business. Charm Consulting has the knowledge, experience and expertise to develop your online business into a marketplace leader.
Anybody can put together a professional looking website, but until you optimize your website and generate exposure you are essentially invisible. Many companies collect hefty fees for site optimization and use standard ad-words and other PPC (pay-per-click) companies to try to generate leads. It is very important to stay current with the changes that Google, Yahoo and the other major search engines are making in order to outpace your competition. As the online marketplace becomes more segmented and its availability to users increases, the importance of natural exposure increases.
A recently published article in Wired magazine mentions the ‘Google Slap.’ “A major change Google made in early March to its AdWords algorithm is resulting in a double whammy for some advertisers: The rates they are now paying for ads have skyrocketed while conversion rates for those ads have dropped. Disgruntled advertisers have dubbed the move the Google Slap.”
“Google is really opposed to these thin affiliate-marketing sites that people post just to run advertising. They want to promote real websites or people with real businesses, and they've gotten really good at sniffing out advertisers who are just there to make a quick buck," says Betsy Schiffman of the Wired Blog Network)
Google and other search engines are now tracking other factors like how often businesses update their site. Are they legitimate businesses, and are they adding fresh content? Today, the single most important factor affecting successful search engine results is fresh, original content on a websites landing page. Instead of spending hundreds and thousands of dollars on advertising campaigns, our company offers you low cost ways that you can take advantage of these methods.
Contact us today to learn how you can get more results at lower cost than any other company.

The City of Aventura is home to a prestigious golf club that will host the LPGA later this month. Those who don't have a membership to this elite course, know where to go for an enjoyable game of nine holes. That charming location is the public course at Greynolds Park. This is where I learned to play golf by getting tips from my friends who were more skilled in the game.
Jon Frommer, a buddy of mine, lived minutes from Greynolds. He was one of my friends who helped me learn the game of golf. Jon's older brother, Daniel, also enjoyed the Greynolds course while he lived in Florida. This year, Daniel had the opportunity to gift golf clubs to those in need. Recently, he organized a charitable initiative to bring golf supplies to Uganda. Why Uganda, why golf? Check out the Wall Street Journal article...
Ugandan Boys Receive Gift of Golf - click to read full article
By KATHERINE ROSMAN
April 11, 2008 2:33 p.m.
"This January, Mr. Frommer's longtime friend Clare Murumba urged him to visit Uganda, her native country. Ms. Murumba, also an attorney, recently moved from New York City back to Uganda with the dream of helping build its tourist economy. She told her friend of one of her country's greatest potential assets — the many golf courses that were built during the British administration from 1894 to 1962. Mr. Frommer was intrigued by Ms. Murumba's description of golf courses populated with monkeys and lizards.
Yet the courses also are a reminder of the country's poverty, because few of the local children have access to clubs and other equipment. Ms. Murumba told Mr. Frommer about the groups of young local boys who loiter outside Ugandan golf courses and descend upon players, begging to carry clubs for 18 holes in exchange for about $2.
The boys love golf, she told Mr. Frommer, but they have almost no access to clubs and balls. "The idea that, but for the availability of equipment, these impoverished kids could benefit from golf as both a source of recreation and making money was really heartbreaking," he says."
Daniel and Clare would like to see this project grow. Take a look at the website and pass it on to all your friends, family, and fellow golfers - http://www.ugandagolf.org/ .

Do you own real estate in Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour, Golden Beach, Hallandale or Hollywood area and live out of town?
If you do, it's likely that you need a trustworthy and reputable property management company. I spoke with Jack Esquenazi, who opertates a luxury property management company in Aventura. He explained to me the importance of a full service property management company that will handle projects on a seasonal or annual basis.
Jack Esquenazi offers first class services to his clients in Aventura, Hallandale, Sunny Isles Beach, Hollywood, Bal Harbour and the surrounding areas. He makes owners feel comfortable and keeps them updated with accounting reports, provides a cleaning service, preparations during hurricane season, concierge service, and even picks you up from the airport. Wikipedia explains Property Management...
One important role is that of liaison between the Landlords and Tenants. Duties of property management include accepting rent, responding to and addressing maintenance issues, advertising vacancies for landlords, and doing credit and background checks on tenants. In exchange for the service they provide, property management companies charge landlords a percentage of the gross rent collected each month (typically 3-10%), in addition to lease commissions. If disclosed in the management agreement, repair costs may be marked up by some property managers. Some property management companies manage home owner associations (HOAs).
Property managers may manage construction, development, repair and maintenance on a property. Property manager relations with tenants gives a face to the landlord and provides them the necessary buffer servicing their desire to profit and distance themselves from their tenant constituency.
Now that you have a better idea of the role a property management company serves, you can recognize the value of hiring a reliable individual with a solid reputation that makes entrusting your real estate with him a no-brainer.
