There have been many readers of this blog that feel compelled to comment on articles. Many have contacted me regarding our comment feature. There was a bug in the comment feature and therefore it prevented our readers from leaving comments and discussing the issues. I'm pleased to announce that this problem is solved. Now, readers can leave comments!
In order to leave a comment you must click on the article title to gain access to the individual blog posting. If you wish to comment on previous posts visit the blog archive in the sidebar and click on the article. Then scroll down to the end of the article and it will say "post a comment." The rest is self explanatory. This is a great feature that I anticipate will be very popular with Aventura residents.
The goal of this blog is to create exciting civil discussion, inform residents of key issues, showcase businesses, and entertain readers. Comments should be posted when they contribute to our discussions and all opinions and ideas are welcome. Negative or contrary opinions are encouraged, just don’t violate the common rules of netiquette. Those that do will be deleted.
Comments are subject to deletion if they meet the following definitions of flaming, trolling, or personal attacks:
flaming - messages which are hostile or deliberately insulting
trolling - making comments intended to induce an angry response or disrupt the flow of discussion
personal attacks - derogatory, profane or offensive messages directed toward a specific individual.
Basically, be respectful and contribute in a mature and appropriate manner. I will try to respond to all comments and questions. Your comments and ideas are a valuable part of this blog, so let's start today.
